We've recently begun work on a Mac app for Interstate. The plan is to make it as useful as the actual website and whatever the website does the Mac app should do too.
This is the welcome screen when you first open the app, explaining what you need in order to use the app as well as a popover asking for your BakedCode ID details.
Would like to point out this is my first proper attempt at designing a Mac interface and so far I'm enjoying it immensely!
I got a little bored so thought I'd knock together a wallpaper using Interstate's logo. Was for personal use but thought I'd share.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good service for sending text messages. Much like how Postmark works for emails.
Started work on the new HTML based notification emails for Interstate. We decided the plain text option was just a tad boring so thought we'd allow people to have an HTML version. The aim is to keep it super simple and minimise on the use of Interstate's branding since these emails are aimed at being super fast to take in and completely focused on their action required.

This is the view of the initial step after authenticating via Basecamp.
Work has begun on a mobile version of Interstate. First up is the iPhone (which is a favourite here at BakedCode) and if you visit your Interstate via Safari on your iPhone you will see it in action.
It is still in the early stages as it was more of a test of user experience using our current code. The entire design was merely done by defining iPhone CSS files, we aim to make a more native mobile site in the future. At the moment various pages aren’t available by navigation such as theme, config and the various pages related to roadmaps.

After help from the Forrst community regarding the logo sizing options we have now released extended theme-ing options in version 3 of Interstate. In the picture is how BakedCode's Interstate looks like after its theme has been edited.
You can have no logo, an icon with text to the right or an entire image as your logo. Colours you can change include the header (also changes the background on sign in page), buttons, controls and hyperlinks.
What do you ladies and gents think?
We're currently working on the theme capabilities on Interstate. Thought it was a good idea to ask you guys and gals exactly what you want in terms of logo replacement.
We're aiming to offer a plain text option (see in the image) and then an image option in which you upload your own logo which replaces the text completely. Question is, what should be the required/maximum dimensions that we ask for?
All suggestions and thoughts highly appreciated! :)
Created myself some business cards based on my profile pictures I use on all my profiles (except Facebook). Was fed up of representing companies and decided it was time to promote myself.
