One more shot from the generator page before I tie it all up and and release the full shot - the add new button is for adding multiple properties (like gradients).
Revamping CSSButton.me, There's been thousands of buttons made so far, this new UI will really simplify things.
The v2 will make it a lot easier to browse peoples awesome work, and a ton faster to create some beautiful CSS :-)
One thing I can never seem to find is a cool jQuery plugin for creating placeholders on input fields that persist after focus, is totally style-able. Now, I know what you’re thinking… “Why not just use HTML5?” Well, because it’s super lame as-is. Nuff said. iCloud.com actually has an awesome working sample of what I’m talking about, and now, so do I.
I’ve whipped together my first jQuery plugin (it mimics the same functionality as iCloud), and with some time to kill during a flight back to the grand ol’ Salt Lake State, I made a cool working copy.
Images suck. CSS rocks. Nuff said. May post a tutorial if people are interested. I think a min. of 100 chrs invites people to ramble. Sometimes a snap is just a snap.
This is my go-to template for new html5 pages (as opposed to projects).
