Light 2 iPhone App
Been working on this for a while now. All new UI re-designed from the ground up. Finally get approved and is now live on the App Store. :) Go download it and leave a (positive) review if you can. Thanks!

My developer friend and I are updating the Light app to support iOS 6 and iPhone 5. Along with a completely revamped UI, I'm also redesigning a new app icon from scratch.
This is the first idea, mimicking the LED light on the back of the iPhone 5 with the glossy surface and glass plate over the light. I tried with a straight reflection line instead of the conventional curved one because I want the surface of the icon to appear flat visually. Not sure how well that get translated though. I might also try a version with a matted chrome surface instead of this reflective glossy one.
Even though it's a complete redesign, I still want the icon to feel like an evolved version of what we have previously with recognizable traces.
Here are the previous and current versions. Let me know what you guys think.
I did not design the microsite, but I was the developer who coded it up and applied the parallax effect on the top section.
My first time implementing parallax scrolling. Functioning on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and gracefully degraded on IE. Let me know what you think.
Update: My parallax implementation made it on Reddit. Thanks everyone for the responses!
I have been trying out the Chrome app on my iPad since its release. Thought the original app icon was a bit bland and wanted to try and see how I would have approached it differently, and this is what I come up with.
Slightly more textiled, with the Chrome identity expanding beyond the circle to the rest of the icon, translating from the desktop OS icon.
An interface element for an upcoming mini-game for the Pokki platform. Going for an elegant/realistic look. Playing with subtle paper texture again on the card box. Feedback are most welcomed as this will shape the UI style for the rest of the game.
A new app project I did with a developer friend of mine. I designed the UI and the app icon. A really clean and straight-forward app. This is the promo banner we're using.
Feeling festive and made a holiday wallpaper for Pokki. Playing with sticker-style illustration and again, experimenting with textures on the background.
A wallpaper I made for fun. Just experimenting with patterns and textures. This is a crop in the actual size without scaling up or down. Are the pattern too far or too close to each other? Or they too big or too small?
Make a wish! Just something silly for fun on my day off. Experimenting with flip counter and digital clock styles to get the effect just right.
Just a snippet of the Facebook Pokki 2.0 UI I'm working on. There is the normal state of the menu items and the selected state (Messages). Also showing is the background of the app with the engraved Facebook logotype.
